These Terms of Service govern your use of Wrapped: Gift Blocks (the "App"), operated by Alacart Apps Inc. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
You need a Shopify store and an active Shopify account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect abusive, threatening, vulgar, or offensive language directed at our team, or any behaviour that violates these terms.
By using the App, you grant Alacart Apps Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your store name, logo, and trademarks in our marketing materials. This includes landing pages, email communications, and promotional content where we identify you as a customer (for example, "trusted by these stores" sections). You may opt out of this usage at any time by emailing us.
The App, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Alacart Apps Inc. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App. Your store content remains yours — we do not claim ownership of your products, images, or customer data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alacart Apps Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. We retain your gift block settings so you can pick up where you left off if you reinstall. If you want your data fully deleted, email us at support@alacartapps.co.
You agree to hold Alacart Apps Inc harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from how you or your customers use the App, including how gift messages, gift wrapping options, or related features are displayed or fulfilled in your store.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
